Products
What are the differences within your shorts?
We have 4 different models of shorts with 2 major differences. We have our Buttery line where all shorts have a soft, brushed finish that give them that buttery soft feel and our Dupe line with a more traditional finish.
The Dupes are highly compressive shorts that help to sculpt and contour your figure.
Our buttery line has a few differences,
Buttery - Longer inseam, lower to mid compression.
with Pockets - Shorter inseam, higher compression.
with Invisible Scrunch - Lowest compression short but added scrunch for contouring.
What are the differences within your leggings?
We've tried to keep it super simple with our leggings, we have the Dupes which are a highly compressive legging designed to accentuate your curves.
Our buttery line is even more simple, pockets or no pockets! Our pocket option does have a longer fit to our regular Buttery leggings also.
What are the differences within your hoodies?
Our hoodies have 3 distinct characteristics.
Tie-dye - A midweight, relaxed fitting hoodie with a slightly oversized fit.
Heavyweight - Our "go to" hoodie with a high GSM, insanely buttery soft feel and large colour range.
Premium - These are for when it's COLD! They are a noticeably heavier weighted hoodie than our other 2 options are are a sometimes hoodie for when you need to be kept warm.
Ordering
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Of course, you just have to be quick! We try and get everything sent out the same day it's ordered so, providing it hasn't been dispatched we can make any changes you need.
Do you offer Afterpay or other installment options?
We don't offer Afterpay or any others due to the merchant fees they charge. As we run on lower margins to help you get more for your money this means we can't absorb the additional fees these companies charge without passing them onto you through higher prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have Visa, Mastercard, Google and Apple pay. Outside of these other providers transaction fees are HUGE. These additional costs are something we can not absorb without passing that cost onto you which we don't want to do.

We ship to the following locations.
Australia, Canada, Some of Europe, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the USA.

Shipping costs vary on the location and order amount. All orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post Regular Post.

Express $0-$110 = $10
Over $110 = Free Express

What are your shipping options?
We send all local and international orders via Australia Post. All orders outside of Australia are sent via Regular Post and will come with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Within Australia delivery times are between 2-5 days. All orders outside of Australia are between 7-14 days. These are approximate times, not exact. Delivery times may increase during peak times (black friday, easter, christmas etc)
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to view its status. You can also paste your tracking number here.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If it says your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, let us know immediately by emailing us at info@activewearhouse.au and we'll do EVERYTHING we can to assist in locating it and helping to resolve this with you. This may include refunding or replacing the item/s.
Active Wearhouse will not be held accountable for lost, delayed or missing parcels - including parcels missing due to incorrect details provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you want to return your order for whatever reason we'll happily accept it, providing it meets some basic requirements. Within 14 days of delivery and is in new condition. You can read our full returns policy here.
What returns do you offer?
We offer either a refund, exchange or store credit.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, simply email us at returns@activewearhouse.au and make sure to include your
- Order number,
- Reason for return,
- A list of the item/items,
- The method of return (refund, exchange or store credit).
From here we'll process it and send you the return instructions.
Are sale items eligible for return?
We don't run sales, but items sold as a part of a bundle are eligible yes!
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Of course, just email us at returns@activewearhouse.au and we will help sort this for you.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we have the product/s back 1-2 days.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
We don't cover return shipping costs, this helps keep our pricing low so you can get more for your money. Bigger brands might offer "free returns" but will also charge an additional $30+ per item to cover returns (if you need it) which if you don't means your funding others returns.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is defective we need to know within 7 days of delivery to be able to process this. If we happen to send you the wrong item, email us as soon as you can at returns@activewearhouse.au so we can sort this out for you and get you the correct item ASAP :)
Can I return an item purchased with a discount code?
Of course! The return amount will be factored on this price though and not the RRP. For instance you bought x3 shorts for $100 and want to swap/credit 1 short, your swap/credit amount will be $33.33, not the $35 RRP of the short.
Is there a time limit for returns or exchanges?
We offer a period of 14 days from the delivery date to return your items for either a refund, exchange or store credit.
Care & Maintenance
How should I wash and care for my activewear / hoodie?
ALL items have the same care protocol.
- Wash cold,
- Inside out,
- With like colours,
- Air dry ONLY
Do NOT tumble try. Do not iron.
We know not everyone will follow these but for hoodies it is ESSENTIAL you take this seriously and follow all steps to ensure the quality, colours and sizing remains.
Can I tumble dry your products?
NO. We don't advise to tumble drying for ANY of our products.
This will lead to
- Shrinkage
- Loss of stretch
- Damage/weakening of fabrics
- Fading of colours
We strongly advise to ONLY air dry your products, ESPECIALLY our hoodies!! (they will shrink)
Will the colors fade over time?
We have been wearing our hoodies for 5 years with the colours still as vibrant as new ones - this is from strictly following our care instructions. For activewear due to the nature of them being either out in the sun for multiple hours and rubbing against gym equipment there will potentially be SOME fading but by following the care instructions and looking after them, you can delay this to a point of not noticing.
