Hey we're Aaron and Brianna!
Welcome to Active Wearhouse.
Learn a little more About Us below :)

We started Active Wearhouse in March 2025 with one mission: to sell great activewear at great prices. That’s it. No fancy marketing, no influencers pretending to like our things, and no inflated pricing - just really good activewear that doesn’t cost you half your paycheck.

We know that a fresh set of activewear is an unmatched feeling but not when two pairs of shorts cost nearly your whole paycheck. So at a time when everything seems to be getting more expensive, we thought… 'What if we went the other way and bought prices down?'

Because it’s just the two of us with no warehouse (yet), no staff, no marketing team and no influencers we don’t need to charge you extra to cover all that, which means you get more for your money. Woohoo!

Right now we’re starting small with a handful of women’s shorts and leggings but, we’re working toward expanding into crops, tops, tees, and eventually mens activewear. The goal? To grow into a true warehouse for activewear.

We try to keep things simple and make decisions that just make sense, like...

- Not loving what you ordered? Send it back
- Free shipping over $110 (not 200+...)
- Bundles that save you even more!

Most businesses focus on how they can grow. Ours is simple:
If we just look after you - with good products, good prices, and good service then the rest will take care of itself. You come back, tell your mates, we grow, we stock more cool stuff, and everybody wins.

OUR STORY

Sometimes you want to know the whole story and other times you just want the short story.
Lucky for you we have both :)

The Short Story

We’re Aaron and Brianna :)
Partners in life, fitness and now business.

We love fitness and hate overpaying for things. We figured if we felt that way, other people probably do too. So we decided to do something about it: offer affordable activewear (that doesn’t suck). And now, here we are!

Our philosophy is simple: look after you, the customer, with great products, great prices, and great service. That’s it. We’re trying to do things a bit like Costco with lower prices and higher volume to create a circle where...
You get more for your money → You tell your friends → They support us → We grow our range → More people get access to affordable activewear → Everyone wins →

But why?
Truthfully, we don’t need the money to be happy. What brings us happiness is fitness, helping others and doing this whole business thing together as a couple. The money’s nice, but it’s not the focus (unlike others…). This mindset mostly came after I (Aaron) lost my mum to Motor Neurone Disease.
While caring for her full-time, I got a very real life lesson on the importance of health and what true wealth is.

Anyway, long story short...
We just want to sell some cool shit, build something fun together, and enjoy the process and connect with you all :)

The Long Story

A few months ago, I remember Brianna telling me about an activewear company in South Australia that was having a warehouse sale. People were lining up for hours just to grab discounted styles the brand couldn’t sell and on top of that, it was cash only, no returns, and no change rooms.
So, I thought… 'Why not build that into the whole business model?'
Focus less on margins and more on volume, so people can actually get their money’s worth. Sort of like Costco, or when Woolies has a sale and you buy 3 or 4 things instead of just one.

Costco, but for Activewear
That day, Brianna and I came up with our goal: Offer great activewear, at great prices.
When we looked around at other brands, most of them were going in the same direction, talking about “premium fabrics”, “luxury design” and “the best leggings you’ve ever worn” which is mostly just marketing bs to justify insane markups AND, that’s fine but it’s not us. We wanted to go the other way.
We want to be that reliable place you come to when you just want great products at great prices. The kind of place where you’re able to grab two or three pieces instead of stressing over which one thing to get.

Why It Matters
We all know a fresh set of activewear is more than just fabric. When you put it on, you feel better and want to be better. That feeling shouldn’t cost half your pay, especially these days!
We believe that by staying honest and not getting greedy, we can brighten someone’s day, help them move their body, and maybe play a small part in a bigger change. That’s worth more to us than a few extra digits in a bank account.

Money Doesn’t Matter
In 2023, I lost my mum to Motor Neurone Disease.
It’s a disease with NO prevention, NO treatment and NO cure leading to an average life expectancy after diagnosis of just 27 months (about 800 days). I watched my mum go from being a fully independent woman to someone who could only move her eyes as a way to communicate. All in under two years.
I was her full-time carer, from the very start until the end, and that experience changed everything about me completely. I went from someone who never worked out or cared one bit about health, to someone who made it their biggest priority in life. In just a few years, I’ve put on over 5kg through strength training, completed six ultra marathons (4 × 50km, 2 × 100+km), a few marathons and over 50 half marathons plus I’m also currently studying to get my Cert III in Fitness.
Brianna has also been on her own journey throughout this time, training at a few different gyms, dropping over 10kgs and now recently taking up running, alongside lifting 5 days a week!
Now we’re both working together to learn more about our mitochondrial health through the foods we eat.

Fitness gives me purpose, clarity and helps me deal with the tough stuff that still shows up. Through all of this, I’ve learned something simple: Money doesn’t matter. Health is true wealth.

“A healthy person wants a million things. A sick person only wants one.”
So, if someone gets moving, whether it’s a gym session, a walk, or dancing around the house because they’ve got a new pair of shorts, that makes them feel good?
That’s priceless.

Thanks for being here :)
