Suggested Usage:
From our testing we've found this bra to be perfect for any low - medium impact activities. Although there is a great level of support, we wouldn't suggest it for running but feel it could handle a touch of higher intensity activities to start/end your workout.

Our Align Bra has a slightly larger fit and we recommend sizing down from your usual size if you want additional support with a more compressive fit. If you're after a more comfortable fit for general wear then we suggest sticking to your usual size.
