Suggested Usage:
When testing this crop we've found it to hold up perfectly for any low - medium intensity activities. Although there is a great level of support, we wouldn't suggest it for running but feel it could handle a touch of higher intensity activities to start/end your workout.

Size Guide.
Our Essential Form Tank has a true to size fit with a good level of compress. We'd suggest using your regular sizing but if you prefer a less compressive fit, in between sizes or want a more relaxed fit then size up.
