• M = 10-12
• L = 12-14

These leggings have a slightly looser fit, Brianna typically wears a size 8 and is a small in all our other products but can wear both an XS and Small - Small for an everyday fit and XS for when more compression is needed to workout. If you're unsure or between sizes, size down for a more compressive fit and up for a more relaxed fit, depending on your personal preference.
